One of the most important components of our educational projects and programs is the Teacher Training and Professional Development Program. Teachers in our programs are regularly trained and updated professionally, but we also offer this training to other schools in the rural and hard-to-reach areas to support the learning of the children in the communities where they teach. This is towards the empowerment of qualified teachers to provide quality education to the children they work with. We partner with organizations who work with us to provide training courses on various topics including Early Childhood Education, Teacher for Education in Emergencies, Basic Tools for Classroom Management, Productive Communication Strategies in the Classroom and in the Workplace, and so much more.
